- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Stretch or roll out pizza dough to desired size and shape. Place on prepared baking sheet.1 pound pizza dough

- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the eggs.1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and the eggs are set.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs.2 tbsp fresh herbs
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best Best Breakfast Pizza, pre-baking your pizza crust for about 5 minutes before adding the toppings will prevent a soggy bottom. Make sure your vegetables are chopped finely to cook evenly. Don't overcrowd the pizza, too many toppings will prevent the eggs from setting properly.
