Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 pound pizza dough pre-made or homemade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese or a blend
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon crumbled, optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs chives, parsley, or basil, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Stretch or roll out pizza dough to desired size and shape. Place on prepared baking sheet.

  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.

  6. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the eggs.

  7. Distribute chopped vegetables and cooked sausage/bacon (if using) over the cheese.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and the eggs are set.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

Notes
